The Akwa Ibom State Police Command has announced the discovery of three siblings, all from the same parents, on the old Oron Road in Ibiaku Ishiet.
On April 30, 2024, a concerned Nigerian discovered three children: Daniel Akan (6), Matthew Akan Christian (5), and Japther Akan Christian (3).
According to a statement signed by the Command’s spokesperson, ASP Timfon John, the children were taken to the Police Command’s Dakada Division after they were discovered.
He stated that despite extensive efforts by police officers to locate their parents or relatives, no results have been obtained thus far.

“The Akwa Ibom State Police Command, led by CP Waheed Ayilara, is committed to ensuring the safety and security of all Akwa Ibomites,” the Command stated.
