CAF has appointed Ghanaian referee Daniel Laryea as the main referee for the first AFCON 2025 semi-final between Morocco and Nigeria, scheduled for Wednesday at 21:00.
Laryea previously served as VAR during Morocco’s quarter-final win over Cameroon and also officiated as center referee in the Algeria vs Burkina Faso match earlier in the tournament.
