I’ve sworn off commenting on the blizzard look so going forward let’s put the emphasis on all things less boring. With that said, this is a pretty nice flip (c. 1916) that doesn’t make me feel like banging my head against a brick wall. Listed for $1.4M. Sold for $2.15M????
