The Commissioner of Police,Kebbi state Police Command,CP Sani .M. Bello, on Thursday decorated 52 Police officers with their new rank.
Police image maker, SP Nafiu Abubakar, in a statement signed by him stated that , the new officers decorated were before now inspectors but following their promotion by police service Commission as ASPs 11 are now decorated by the Commissioner of Police Kebbi state.
CP, Sani , in his brief remarks to the newly decorated ASPs charged them to exhibit high sense of professionalism and be civil in the discharge of their duties as they engage with civilians.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, of one the officers thanked the CP for his fartherly advice and pledged to project the good image of the Nigerian police in Kebbi Command and anywhere they find themselves.
The decoration ceremony which was held at the Police headquarters in Birnin Kebbi was attended by top Police managements.
