Closing Day was a little more special today because this is the first of many properties that I am purchasing for my unborn child. I will be fixing this one up to add more value and hold it free and clear in no time (BRRR strategy). Before my baby arrives 3 more will be closing. As a mother, it is important for me to financially secure my childs future, give moral guidance in all areas of life and pass on titles and deeds. Thank you Lord for allowing me to do so.
