Mowe Golf Town Delivers First Homes to Investors in Record Time
Leading real estate and property development firm, Mowe Golf Town, has fulfilled its commitment to subscribers with the official handover of its first set of homes to early investors—less than 11 months after the project’s groundbreaking.
The milestone, achieved in under a year, underscores the firm’s capacity for rapid execution, operational reliability, and a strong commitment to sustainable, community-focused development.
According to the company, the handover represents the fulfilment of promises made to Nigerians taking their first steps into home ownership, while signalling its transition from construction delivery to full-scale community development.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, the Chief Vision and Strategy Officer, Labake Adetunmbi, said the achievement reflects deliberate planning, disciplined execution, and an unwavering focus on meeting Nigeria’s evolving housing needs.
“What we are witnessing today is the outcome of strategic foresight and a clear commitment to delivering affordable and quality housing,” she said.
“Less than a year after breaking ground, we are handing over completed homes while simultaneously expanding into apartments, affordable housing, and wellness-focused living. This demonstrates the strength of our development model and the dedication of our team.”
Adetunmbi noted that Mowe Golf Town is rapidly evolving from a real estate project into a vibrant, self-sustaining community, adding that the handover marks only the beginning of a broader vision.
Building on the success of its 2025 inaugural phase, the firm is unveiling new housing products tailored to diverse income segments, including modern apartments and affordable housing options designed to widen access to quality living without compromising standards.
She further disclosed that beyond residential offerings, Mowe Golf Town is introducing an agricultural community lifestyle and wellness development—an innovative concept that blends green living, wellness culture, and community-driven agriculture.
Also speaking, the Chief Legal Officer, Adaku Chibuike-Ochiuwa, assured subscribers that every structure within the estate is fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
“From inception, our priority has been to ensure that every structure delivered within Mowe Golf Town is supported by robust legal frameworks, transparent documentation, and full regulatory compliance,” she said.
“Real estate is built on trust, security, and long-term protection of investor interests. Delivering completed homes within 11 months proves that speed and due diligence can successfully coexist.”
She reaffirmed the firm’s commitment to safeguarding subscribers’ investments as the project advances into subsequent phases.
The management noted that the landmark handover reinforces Mowe Golf Town’s sustainability-driven vision and further positions the estate as an integrated destination for living, investment, and long-term value creation, with additional housing and lifestyle products scheduled for rollout as the development matures into a full-scale community.
