Automatic shutdown system to optimize energy consumption. Smart lighting of common areas. Automatic switch-on of the outdoor areas depending on the time and brightness.
Pool control system. The system controls the air conditioning of the pool, the cervical spa cannon and the water filtering, being able to assign the filtering time period in addition to observing by means of the pump operation graph.
Irrigation control system. In the villa there are up to four irrigation zones distributed which the owner and / or maintenance personnel can assign separate schedules in addition to observing their periodicity by means of a graph.
It has a weather station installed outside. The weather station allows you to measure and evaluate wind speed, rainfall, twilight, temperature, altitude and position of the sun.
Air conditioning control system. The air conditioning is controlled from the application as well as from the touch screens distributed throughout the house.
From the home automation system, the entire multiroom audio system can be controlled.
