The 76th Emmy nominations are out of the vault.
FX’s The Bear and Shōgun scooped up the most nods, 25 and 23, respectively. FX earned 93 nominations, less than Netflix’s 107 and higher than HBO and Max’s 91.
Highly nominated Netflix titles include The Crown with 18, Ripley with 13 and Baby Reindeer with 11. HBO’s True Detective: Night Country collected 19 noms and Max’s Hacks basked in 16.
Among other awards, those shows are up for best comedy, drama or limited series. Other titles vying in those categories are Fallout, The Gilded Age, The Morning Show, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Slow Horses, 3 Body Problem, Abbott Elementary, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Palm Royale, Reservation Dogs, What We Do in the Shadows, Fargo and Lessons in Chemistry.
Following a postponed 75th Emmys ceremony in January, the 76th ceremony will take place on Sept. 15. It’ll be the second 2024 Emmys. If you’re eager to make some predictions, check out the nominees below. The list consists of shows released between June 1, 2023, and May 31, 2024.
