50 Cent’s expanding real estate investments in Shreveport, Louisiana, have sparked opposition from State Sen. Sam Jenkins Jr., who is concerned about the concentration of city assets controlled by the rapper.

Jenkins, who has urged city leaders to be cautious in selling or leasing properties to a single entity, recently voiced his concerns over 50 Cent’s $3.7 million investment in the area.

In response, 50 Cent dismissed Jenkins’ objections on social media, stating his plans to continue his investment in the city despite the senator’s opposition.
