LAGOS – Damilola Fasesan, the co-producer of Praey movie, is set to unveil another blockbuster entitled Ewa.
Fasesan who is also the Producer and Director told journalists in Lagos on Tuesday that Ewa movie, focuses on Love, betrayal and forgiveness, stressing that it is highly technical and spiritual.
According to Fasesan, the EWA movie would premiere in cinemas by December, 2024 and mentioned actors in the movie to include Feyi Adepoju, Wunmi Ogunribido, Pius Obi, Kayode Owojori, Tomiwa Bobade, Adeoye Omoniyi and Omolara Ayoola, amongst several others.
Fasesan hoped that God would use the movie to make a great impact in the society, noting that since everyone had family and relationships, EWA movie would shine light on how Christ wanted individuals to walk in love even in those relationships.
She added that the film would also speak to some societal issues like class/status, unemployment/poverty and family issues such as fidelity.
She added: “I always rely on the Holy Spirit for direction. When planning and working on the story. I then consult with my team so we can get great delivery from casts. My keyword is excellence.
“I try to work with those who are more experienced and like-minded, people who believe in my vision and are willing to go way over and beyond to make the project a success.”
Describing difficulty on Ewa film project., the producer explained that the crew encountered many challenges while producing the film, but said that the challenges were not unsurmountable.
Fasesan ceased the avenue to charge movie producers and directors to raise God’s banner high, declare Jesus at every opportunity.
“In the pursuit of excellence, we must never compromise. Our target is souls not just views, collaboration not competition. We should support one another not only in prayers but in ways such as publicity amongst many others,” she said.
