A goal from Erling Haaland, the Premier League’s top scorer for the past two seasons, is the difference between Chelsea and Manchester City in both teams’ opening match of the 2024/2025 season.
The goal, scored in the 17th minute after the Norwegian received a deflected assist from Bernardo Silva, ensured that the Premier League defending champions started their campaign in front at Stamford Bridge.
