I founded Nigeria’s first fruit and vegetable carving school, and the first one online in Africa. I never imagined that what started as a passion for transforming fruits and vegetables into art would become my ticket to a new life in Canada.
When my husband and I decided to move to Canada, it wasn’t a decision we took lightly. We spent months researching the best pathways, and one day I came across something that made my heart race—craftspersons were in demand. It seemed almost too good to be true.
