The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has introduced its much-awaited Licensing Framework for Application-To-Person (A2P) services.
The NCC Initiatives aim to bring increased structure and transparency to the rapidly growing telecommunications industry. Aligned with the Nigerian Communications Act (NCA) of 2003, the framework is now available on the Commission’s website, www.ncc. gov.ng, as of November 29, 2024.
