In celebration match of The PUNCH 50th anniversary, the eagerly anticipated novelty game between The PUNCHERS and Media Amalgamated – which comprises journalists from other newspaper houses in the country is currently ongoing at Onikan Stadium Lagos.
The Amalgated Team secured a goal against the PUNCHERS in less six minutes to the start of the march.
However, a goal by Adekunle Sulaimon equalised for PUNCHERS in the sixth minute.
In the 21st minute of play, Almagatmated Team secured another goal to dominate the ongoing match.
The Media Amalgamated, a select group of journalists from Tribune, Nation, Vanguard, Business Day, ThisDay, Leadership, Telegraph and The Guardian newspapers.
