Rick ross’ Promise Land estate in Fayetteville, Georgia, spans over 322 acres and includes a 45,000-square-foot mansion with 109 rooms.
Once owned by Evander Holyfield, Ross bought it in 2014 and has since enhanced it with a 350,000-gallon pool, bowling alley, theater, and a zoo with exotic animals.
The mansion hosts events, including his annual Car and Bike Show, and has been featured in movies. Recently, Ross invested $5 million in refurbishments, aiming to raise the estate’s value to $75 million.
