S’Court affirms Otu election as Cross River gov

Governor of Cross River State, Bassey Otu

The Supreme Court has affirmed the election of the governor of Cross River Governor, Bassey Otu of the All Progressive Congress.

The Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate, Sandy Onar had challenged the victory of Cross River governor.

The apex court while dismissing the appeal described it as a waste of judicial time and resources
