The finished result at our 6 bedroom 6 bathroom HMO project ???? the project took 14 weeks which we are very happy with; our builder actually delivered the project before the anticipated handover date, and exactly on budget ???????? the project couldn’t have gone any smoother, so we are over the moon ????
We have 3 tenants who have moved in so far and another 2 tenants are currently going through referencing, so we should have a full house soon ????
One of our private investors has funded the project, and he is receiving a fixed rate of return, which is being paid to him monthly ????. He will be repaid his initial investment when the property is on a mortgage, which will be within 6 months of him investing his funds with us.
