The power of purposeful work and social media!
I made a reel about the last Doula event that reached over 100,000+ viewers and has now brought together a group of 115 pregnant women, women interested in birth, midwives, doctors, doulas in training, building a beautiful community to debunk the fears around birth and hopefully change the narrative around negative experiences in Nigerian hospitals.
I am super grateful to God for using me as a vessel. Supporting women, new mums through post partum, breastfeeding was always in the plan for @consciousfamilycentre and I’m glad to have met Camylle a wonderful and passionate birth educator, doula working on bringing something special to Abuja ????????

Last well Camylle ran a doula workshop which was so enlightening and uplifting that these pregnant ladies left feeling empowered and excited to give birth on their own terms.
I’m not pregnant I just love listening and talking about birth. By Gods grace when I’m done homeschooling id love to be a doula and help hopefully lots of African women feel more confident in themselves, their bodies and babies.
