… AS THE NEW PRESIDENT GENERAL MR UGWU BERTRAND EKWOMAGU (ITANYI AKPE-AKA JNR).( BOYI UGWU)
The people of Ejuona Amogwu Aku Community was in celebration as a new President General of the Community Mr Ugwu Bethrand (Itanyi Akpaka Jnr) was elected.
In an election held by the community at Otobo Uwani Aram, Ejuona Amogwu, on Saturday June 22nd, 2024, Mr Ugwu emerged victorious over Mr. Michael Nnaemeka Nwodo who contested against him.
In his post election speech, Mr Ugwu informed his people that his victory is a victory for all as he will ensure for an all inclusive leadership in the community for the over all interest of the people.
He assured the people that he will employ his wisdom and resources to ensure that the best is brought to Ejuona Areje Amogwu Aku Community stressing that he is going to employ his contacts with people within and outside the Community for the development of Ejuona Areje and it’s people.
Commenting on the election Mr. Mellitus Ani from Uwani Aram said that the victory of Mr Ugwu will bring positive advancement in all spheres of life to the Community.
The new President General Mr. Ugwu, holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from the Namdi Azikiwe University Awka. He is a successful business man based in Onitsha.
Mr Ugwu who is happily married to Mrs Ugwu Azuka Ugochukwu (nee Okara) is thankful to God for blessing him with such a supportive wife in all his undertaking.
