ABUJA – A prominent Estate Developer in the country, T.Pumpy Concept, has assured Nigerians of affordable and authentic land to assist them in establishing a solid foundation for the future.
The developer said that it is worried by Nigeria’s substantial housing deficit, estimated at over 28 million units.
With its headquartered in Abuja, T. Pumpy Concept, gave the assurance on Monday in a statement in Abuja on the occasion of the new year celebration.
The estate developer, in a statement in Abuja by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Akintayo Adaralegbe, emphasised the firm conviction that land ownership entails more than just acquiring property; it is about securing a better future for individuals and families.
According to T. Pumpy concept, “Our objective is to empower Nigerians not only to become landowners but also to take the initial step towards constructing enduring homes and communities. In 2025, we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing affordable, genuine land to assist Nigerians in establishing a secure foundation for the future.”
Additionally, the statement mentioned, “As we commence the year 2025, we are already presenting new opportunities, including promotional sales of Katampe 2 and Kabba 2, as we continue our mission to enhance access to land ownership. Since its establishment in 2009, T Pumpy Concept has concentrated on offering authentic land at reasonable prices. Our primary goal is to ensure that land ownership is within reach for as many Nigerians as possible, particularly in light of the country’s significant housing deficit, estimated at over 28 million units.
