LAGOS โ Mr. Festus Keyamo, the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, has joined his counterparts across the globe for the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) conference holding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
A statement by Mr. Tunde Moshood, Special Assistant, Media and Communications Keyamo said that the world aviation forum with the theme: โOptimising Aviation Capacity: Strategies for Safe Skies, Sustainable Future,โ started on Tuesday with other Ministers and Secretaries of Aviation from across the globe in attendance.
The statement hinted that with over 600 delegates in attendance, the symposium marked a pivotal moment for the global aviation industry.
According to him, the 2024 would be captivating with enlightening sessions, aimed at shaping the trajectory of the sector.
Some of the topics for discussion at the conference are โBuilding Capacity for an Effective and Sustainable Air Transportation System,โ โSafeguarding the Skies: A Deep Dive into Aviation Cybersecurity,โ โScaling Up Global Collaboration for LTAG Implementationโ and โFuture-Ready Aviation Workforce: Embracing Mobility and Agility.โ
